This mosaic was part of a series created for the “Nocturne” group exhibition held at the Chazou Gallery. It is my third take on a photo I captured of a rescued great horned owl in mosaic form. This edition of the mosaic is made of warm toned tumbled marble tiles finished with stone enhancer. The piece also expresses some of my own personality along with it, in the sense that I am also a night owl with my work habits.
